Description of the events that occurred: After Pushing the QM and demanding access to the vault, i told Swarley to stop and they threw the QM so i detained them to prevent them from causing trouble, to which they proceeded to run. After a while, they hacked a borg, changed its laws and forced it to kidnap me and weld me in a locker. After i escape from the locker once, they kidnap both me and the captain while trying to lockdown the borg and put us in a corner to wall us off while waiting for Swarley to get there.
Why you believe they should be punished: They hacked a borg and kidnapped both the me, the HoP, and the Captain as a non antag so they can most likely beat us or steal our IDs

After browsing the logs, after the QM was thrown, he attacked Headless with a welder once, Headless shot him with his KA, and then the QM stunned Headless with his baton. Coroime then handcuffed him and dragged him away while Headless shouted "HOP Rouge!!!!!!111!". A player called Mia Hooker then freed Headless, who loitered around tool storage, hooking up with his old pal HideAndSeekLOGIC, a shitter in his own right. The following conversation took place:

This has problems of it's own, but that's beside the point of this complaint.
Following this, you stunned the QM, cuffed him and stripped him. Meanwhile, the borg got the HOP, and while stunning with the electric arm (In violation of its laws to keep syndicate activities secret), stripped and welded him in a locker.

As the game progresses, Headless stuns a few random players who push him, then the HOP arrives and fires at Headless with a disabler. The borg rushes over and stuns him to save Headless, and the QM gets stunned too. They get dragged around for a minute and Headless kicks the QM a few times, until Owen Briggs stuns Headless and drags him away, saving the QM. Not much else happens until round end, probably because Coroime was busy writing this complaint.

Overall, this sounds like huge metagrudging on Headless' part, along with overescalation. Coroime handled himself admirably in the situation and never resorted to lethal weapons (And got dunked as a result). This also seems like metabuddying with HideAndSeekLOGIC, who, being an emagged cyborg who is aligned with the syndicate, should not have revealed as such, and should also not have collaborated with Headless.

Thanks Coroime for making this complaint. This sort of stuff is really hard to spot ingame. I'm giving this complaint a solid +1, and HideAndSeekLOGIC will potentially be receiving some sort of punishment too if this goes through.

I was in game at the time.

Pretty clearly self antag. The borg wasn't hacked by Swarley, it was hacked by Nickolas Green, so it really shouldn't have been cooperating with him at all. In fact, there was really no reason for the borg to go after the HoP and QM at all. Neither of them were on Green's objective list, so it can't even be claiming to be following it's last legitimate order from the only human.

Metagrudging sounds about right. It's pretty well known the two of you don't get along, and there was no real lead up or apparent IC reason to fight with the HoP or QM.

I'm all for slapping a ban on both the borg and Swarley.

Firstly, I didn't know HideAndSeekLOGIC was the unnamed borg, nor am I friends with him. How would I even know it was him?
Secondly, I only stunned Owen who kept following me and grabbing the QM, in which I zapped and told Owen off because QM and HoP seems rogue and the QM assaulted me.
Thirdly, didn't know Coroime was the QM, I thought he was the HoP when was started talking after the game, and only realized he was the QM now with the complaint.
Fourthly, you say Coroime never resorted to lethals, but he attacked me with a welder unprovoked.

Fifthly, gonna just fully state out my side of the story.

I was playing Shaft Miner, and I come back to the ship to get some upgrades and the QM stops me and is confused to why my ID says Shaft Miner and asks if I'm a Shaft Miner, then asks the AI if I'm a Shaft Miner even though I flashed my ID to him and was wearing it the entire time. I stay on the station a bit, research some stuff, steal clowns ID after he tried to slip me with it, then head back right as my prolathe is destroyed by an immovable rod. At about the same time I hear a borg calling out that HoP is rogue and killed the already restrained clown.

I rebuild the prolathe and asked in ahelp how to resync it to the ORM. Terra tells me the Ore Silo in the vault, so I ask the QM to follow me and he resists my grip, but then I grabbed him again and he let me take him to the vault. When I get into tool storage the HoP tags along for some reason. I throw the QM at the vault door and ask him to open it so I can resync my prolathe. Out of nowhere the QM starts attacks me with his welder and I run back and I defend myself with a shot from my proto-kenetic accelerator as he got closer, and the HoP hits me with his telescopic baton and ties me up, helping the QM that just assaulted me right infront of him. After hearing the borg call the HoP rogue and the fact he was helping the QM assault me I sprint away as fast as I could, screaming for help and calling HoP and QM rogue..

Eventually they caught me, but as I'm caught the lawyer grabs me out of their hands and slips me away into the bar and uncuffs me. I then head to the locker room for a disguise so I can valid hunt them, and a stunprod so no true harm had to occur. I slipped my ID into my bag and shaved my hair to become unknown, and start hunting.

I run around a bit, searching for QM or HoP when I see 2 borgs fixing a hole above science. One of the borgs, HideAndSeekLOGIC/(Engineering Cyborg-672) says he needs help with the QM and HoP, and I assumed he wanted to detain them due to them being traitors or for them committing human harm. I even said; "Headless Gorilla/(Swarly Stinson) "No human harm""

He takes me to cargo where I see the QM, who previously assaulted me with a welder as the HoP watched on and stunned me for self defence, and detain him while the borg runs off to do who knows what and I start questioning him while searching for the HoP, who I assume was his blood brother or antag buddy.

I drag him around in loops looking for the HoP and Owen kept trying to grab him from me, so I stunned him and took the sec way. This continued for like 10 minutes of him chasing me until I went to escape to try and hide, but he found me quickly. I ask if he will leave me alone if I gave him his sec way back, so I unbuckled and starting leaving when he disarmed me and took my prod and I run off with the QM. Eventually Owen snatched the QM from me and I started looking for the QM and HoP again.

Not to much later and the engineering borg starts saying he has a present for me at arrivals, so I go there and see a locked and welded locker. SMUGbot snatches the locker and I mount the engineering borg and he eventually gets it back and takes us to escape. I ask what's in it. He says HoP and Captain so I assumed he meant their stuff... Turns out he shoved both of them in there, alive.

I asked if he was antag and he just says yes, flat out. I'm laughing my ass off at this point since he shoved 2 heads in a locker and tried to give them to me as a present. I asked why he shoved them in a locker and he told me it was for the meme. SMUGbot swoops in and rescues them and the borg was locked. Seeing as how I thought he had to eliminate the QM, I figure we have a common enemy, and unlock him and set forth to capture the QM and let him do as he pleases, then figure out what to do with him after.

TL;DR Didn't know HideAndSeekLOGIC was the borg. Didn't know he was rogue until he flat out said yes after shoving 2 heads in a locker as gift to me. Didn't know Coroime was the QM. QM attacked me with the HoP and they tried to cuff me after borg called HoP rogue. Unlocked borg since I thought he had to assassinate the QM who I thought was antag.

Little to nothing in the report is true.

While I appreciate the read, you appear to have skimmed over a very important point of the matter in one interesting sentence.

As I am sure you're aware, throwing a person causes them quite a bit of damage - you escalated first. The QM was well within his rights to fight back at you, as was the HOP to detain you. Not wanting to let you into the vault and defending himself when you throw him does not make the QM "rogue".

From there, you go on to team up with the borg to seek a fight with the QM and HOP who had done nothing more than presumably irritate you for successfully resisting your antics.


In the past, as I am sure you are aware, you have been shown incredible leniency by our staff team - both in the Discord and in the game. We have given you plenty of opportunities to change your play style, follow the rules and become a valued player on our server. Time and time again you have squandered your chances.


As such, the staff team has been unanimous in their decision to permanently ban you from the server.

You may appeal this ban in no less than two months.
