[PENDING VOUCH] I'm back, the Swarly Stinson redemption story.

Your side of the story: The complaint was locked before I even had a chance to rebuttal.
Quick summery of everything;

I was a shaft miner. The prolathe was destroyed and I fixed it but still needed to refix it. I dragged the QM there and the HoP wanted to know what was up so he followed me, I threw him at the Door, which was surrounded by glass. When you throw someone at a wall it hurts them, doors and glass don't do anything, there was no chance he got hurt at all. I tell the QM I need to resync my prolathe with the ORM and he responds by burning me with his welder so I space myself out with him and as he swoops at me to attack me, I shoot him with a weakened proto-kinetic-accelerator shot to scare him back. Through this whole fight the HoP watched until I defended myself.

The HoP decides I'm the in wrong, even after watching the QM attack me and decides to tie me up with both of them talking about how to murder me. Somehow after I got tied up I slipped past them both and made a break for it, fearing my life. After being chased around for a while with the QM and HoP calling "KOS" on me and saying they were going to kill me, the lawyer saves my arse by dragging me into the bar and untying me.

Now here's the part of the story which I did indeed do a little wrong in.

I found a pair of borgs fixing a hole in the ground above science, tell one of them what's up and he offers to help me (Turns out he was rogue and his master died, but I didn't know this until later). He takes me to the QM and I stun and cuff him, planning to perma him for attempted murder. After a while of running around and wrestling Owen for his sweet ride, the QM slipped away from me.

About 5-10 minutes of me running around looking for him or the HoP to detain, the borg says to come to arrivals because he had a "gift" for me. I turn up and he's got a welded locker, I was about ask what was in it, but the other borg swooped in and stole it. Another 2 minutes later and the borg tells me to meet him at escape. When I get there he says it's the HoP and QM. I thought he meant their locker's stuff and when the HoP started screaming from inside the box I burst out laughing, good fun that was.

The other borg steals the locker again and both run off. He got locked so I unlocked him, and we set off to capture the HoP and QM, who I assumed traitors until we got detonated and my round ended.

TLDR; QM initiated, then him and HoP threatened to kill me while tying me up. I ran, I returned, borg helps me but we both die after a while.

Why you think you should be unbanned: The QM was the first person to attack anyone, then I defended myself and the HoP tag teamed me and tied me up threatening to kill me. I escaped and responded with non lethal forces, then everything slipped away from me when the borg got involved.

I properly escalated their death threats and attempted kidnapping with non lethal forces. I dindu nuttin'.

You're a constant drain on the server. I've never seen anyone say anything good about you. Any time you're on the server or in the discord you start a shitting match in one way or another. You throw your toys and spend hours whining either in OOC or the discord channels whenever you get in trouble, and have shown a clear desire to get around the rules. I hate to be so blunt, but you have real personal issues you need to sort out before you bring yourself back into online communities.

I've done plenty of good RP that nobody ever gives a shit about. I always see piles of dead bodies and wounded players not being treated and I'm always the one to waste the round and my time helping them be able to continue to play. When there's a tator I'm the one that keeps the people safe. Yes I was being a massive shitter when I was on the server, but I just wanted another shot to try make change. I've been swapping between servers since the ban and haven't gotten even as much as a bwoink. I got a bit fed up in the end because every time I tried to do my own thing someone would mess with me and I didn't want to waste another round not doing anything enjoyable. I've swapped mostly from playing Chaplain to shaft miner, which allows me to robust things and not get in trouble.

I just want another shot to prove I can change, and I think it was unfair how I never got a chance to defend myself.

My friend, we have given you dozens of chances. More than other players we've permabanned. I sincerely do not think you will have changed whatsoever in two months away from the server. Ban appeals aren't a place to argue with the admins - I've said my part and very much do not see this appeal being accepted, at least from me.

You're right, I didn't change in 2 months. I changed before the permaban but Peer claims I was the one that initiated the fight, even though I didn't. I was just spending my rounds on lava land when the QM and HoP pulled their shit and I took the blame.

Yeah, because trying to defuse your hostile response counts as 'arguing'. Swarly conducted himself incredibly well in this particular appeal and I think many would agree you're being a bit of an ass here.

I've got to give credit to Dawson, he did give me quite a fair amount of chances when I was very much in the wrong, and I don't think he's been very hostile to me, just very blunt. As for the rogue borg thing, I thought the borg was a good boy and just trying to stop human harm, aka stop the 2 guys that called a kill on sight and detain them.

Thank you for helping defend me though, but you don't need to get in the middle of this.
