Ban type (What are you banned from?): AuStation, the ss13 server not the discord
Ban reason and length: PERMABAN and the ban reason was uh because i, Swigs got very pissed off that something was fucking around with my shit and i was intoxicated and Me and Terra were not best friends but best enemies (also its not on the hub rn so i cant find the exact reason also i moved and got new internet so it thinks im tryna ban evade and whatnot anyway)
Time ban was placed (including time zone): October 29th i think
Your side of the story: I am celebrating Sips, my comrade and famila's birthday, it is about 11pm and me and him are intoxicated, at this point in time Swigs and sips and our comrades were not with the best of terms with Terra, and were ousted from AuStation, 1 week before the evil and cringe annoying oranges threatend Sips and I with a DCMA Copyright infringement notice and tried to take us to ss13 court because he is a loser, just one week before this happens our liquidstation projects on github, our discord and other outlets as well as nearly Liquid Gang 1.0 suddenly get raided all simultaniously, and a 12 hours before that issues on our testing project on the github get spammed with uh rubbish, so this occurs about maybe at 12:30am ish, or around that these raids happen, thanks, we stop these raids, anyway when reading the content of these raids and the issues that were being spammed before, me and sips noticed that they were worded in almost the exact way terra articulates himself and talks, and of course because we had such bad blood at the time, he was suspect numero uno, as would be obvious, they talked like him, acted like him, we werent on good term with him and so ergo it had to be him, Myself and Terra since have discerned that this one done on purpose to cause a reaction and retailation out of at least one of us. But anyway i confront Terra about this, it leads to a big arguement and things were said on both sides but mostly my side and uh this ends in a permaban because the tensions were already on high and then i think he locked down the server and all that rubbish and yadda yadda, shit gets said that you didnt mean. Anyway not even maybe 2 weeks since then which would of been a week after Me and Sips because super famous for telling annoying oranges to stick it where the sun dont shine. Terra approches Sips, and then I wanting to talk we discuss this whole thing out cause it was getting outta hand, I say sorry, and explain shit and explain why i acted the way i acted in which Terra understood and we all became best buds. And we all got unbanned and we all became cool anyway not pointing any fingers but it was probably the work of some devious citrius's mastermind who lives in a fallout vault which cause the raids and confrontation but alas with all the exposition and explanation out of the way we can begin.
Why you think you should be unbanned: Terra, i apologize for being a shit, and no this time it wasnt because i was joking or mucking around or because people don't like being called out on their shit and trolled and dont love our liquid antics, but no i sincerly apologize for being a shit, i was drunk, me and sips were upset and annoyed something was fucking with our shit and i was provoked into, without evidence accusing you of doing and orchastrating such things, and calling you a citrius sucker and lots of mean names and said lots of scary and threatening things, anyway Terra you understand we talked about this a while ago, i just have to convey this in my appeal. Also Certain admins, i know you dont like me because i was not told you did not like me and you would love to see me banned or you think i should still be banned but i ask this. Terra knows im a good person, Terra understands so maybe just ask terra some things so you can understand too maybe, sorry that you dont like me and sorry for not liking you guys too but uh I guess at the time it was in my nature, also sometimes i can help myself and it is kinda fun trolling but im not about that anymore, New 2020 Swigs, is nice now if you are nice and based, so fresh year fresh start, AuStation Admins. I think i should be unbanned as the cause and crux of this ban was bad tension and a misunderstanding fuelled by alot of convinience and a provoked, intoxicated liquid gangster that fell into a trap that constructed akin to a plasma gangster's plan or a certain member of the fruit food group, not pointing fingers of course, for LEGAL reasons... also Sorry for being a shit. Happy New Year. Also Terra im willing to give General Grevious (when he is done) and other cool stuff i might not use on LS13 and give it free to AuStation
