Ban reason and length: "Powergaming. Took captains ID (To go mining) and headset as nonantag at roundstart. Been given plenty of chances in the past." 72 hours.

Your side of the story: The round prior, the same HoP griefed me.

T.U.C.K.E.R, played by Apple, was complaining over comms about being on Asimov a few minutes after rounds start. I see the HoP, Buck Bash, is the same one as the one that griefed me my previous shift with no repercussions and I wanted to go mining with CoffeeSolid, so I tried to avoid the conflict and avoid getting griefed again and ask T.U.C.K.E.R to let me grab cap ID and give me all access if I set him to Paladin lawset. I got my access so I could go mining and I grabbed cap headset so I could loud mode for when we go into a boss fight so he can see when I'm typing and it doesn't blend in with regular comms.

I go afk and come back banned by Cubetastic for powergaming.

Why you think you should be unbanned: I didn't have malicious intentions, I just wanted to avoid getting griefed by the HoP again. I am like 100% sure he would meta grudge if I went and asked him for access, because the previous round his last words after I robusted him were "admins wont like this..."

I'm really sorry I powergamed by giving myself all access and taking cap headset, I won't do it again. Could I please get another chance?

Don't metagrudge. Someone killing you or otherwise in a previous round shouldn't be used against them in the next round. If you think someone is metagrudging you or is about to, make an ahelp so any online admins can keep an eye out.

You don't need the captain's spare to go mining. If you want to go mining, take shaft miner. If you want to go mining as any other role for whatever reason (or all shaft miner slots were taken), ask over comms at roundstart for one of the miners to use the voucher they start with to buy you a conscription kit - it includes an ID card that you can slot into your existing ID to add mining access, as well as some other items. If you want to talk during megafauna fights (bad idea) and want your combat partner to notice your comms, ask them to shout you a mining radio key from any mining headset. The text on that channel has a distinct brown colour and has very low traffic.

You've been told not to powergame many, many times before, and it seems you haven't learnt your lesson yet. Denied, as far as I'm concerned.
