Description of the events that occurred: I started the shift as a roboticist and I started to research but then I realised the research was getting destroyed because someone kept using it I ignored it for a while then i got mad because I wanted to research some specific tech then I got mad because that shit wasn't building up so I shouted over the radio, "STOP USING THE RESEARCH YOU RETARDED CUNT" and apparantly Annabelle Wilson the RD and also the one using the research told me if I kept up the behavior I would be demoted I said back to him over the radio "Shut up salty" and he came up to me flashed me then demoted me
Why you believe they should be punished: I dont think he should be punished I just want to warn people that this guy is a dickhead
