Description of the events that occurred: I was traitor HoP, but I had been pretty well behaved, doing my job for the most part and sneakily getting my objectives done. I had stolen the plutonium core from the vault and was carrying about my normal HoP business. I did get found by security attempting to hack into the vault at one point, but they let me off with a warning, saying that I shouldn't try doing that again. It comes time to evac, so I make my way to departures to get onto the shuttle. There had been some accident, probably a fire or atmospheric problem in the primary hallway towards departures, so the firelocks were down. In an attempt to open the firelocks, before I quite knew how they actually worked, I pressed on one of the fire alarm buttons, only to realise that was the wrong thing to do as it closed the firelocks to medbay. Romeo was walking through the doors, and was caught by the firelocks, which I immediately apologised for. Before I could even attempt to explain further, they proceeded to murder me with their welding tool (I think it was a welding tool, at least. The death log states I had 209 fire damage when I died).
Why you believe they should be punished: I had made a genuine mistake in closing the firelock on them, and they did not even hesitate before killing me. To my knowledge, my suspicious behaviour that Sec had noticed was not announced and this individual had little chance to know I was a traitor. They killed me even after I apologised, trying to say that it was an accident, and that I didn't know that the doors would close in medbay which I didn't even get out in time before I died.
